Elevator Rod Production
ELEVATOR ROD PRODUCTION
Elevator: Elevators are actively used in many areas such as homes, offices, working areas, social facilities, industrial enterprises etc. Saving us from the suffering of climbing up the stairs especially in high-rise buildings, elevators are actively used not only in our country but all across the World. In the most general definition; elevators are a system allowing people or various volumes of loads to be transported between pre-determined floors in between guide rails either vertically or horizontally. All elevators are powered by electric energy. Carrying both people and loads, elevators are indicated to be an indispensable part of many spaces. At the same time, there are several different products for the proper operation of elevators. One of these products is the rod. The products of Elevator Rod help the elevator to operate in a proper and reliable way. Rods, which are one of the basic materials of the elevator, are produced within the borders of our country. Elevator Rod Production has lately become one of the points on which our country works.
Elevators have introduced many conveniences since they were included in people's lives. Especially in terms of load transportation, it is quite troublesome to lift goods and materials up and down tens of floors. Elevators used instead are one of the elements that make people's lives easier. Elevators, which are indispensable for human life, are preferred in every point of Turkey. At the same time, the increasing population in many different parts of the world, including our country especially in the recent period, increases the need for settlement areas. New housing and facilities are being built to meet this need of settlement. A large part of these residences and facilities are high-rise. For this reason, especially in high-rise buildings, Elevators are a great need for people to commute between floors more comfortably. At the same time, we would like to remind you before we forget. It is not only healthy individuals and young people who live in these buildings and residences. At the same time, elderly individuals and people with disabilities live in these residences. Especially when these individuals commute between floors, the Elevator becomes of great importance. Preferred to ensure rapid access to floors and not to get tired, Elevators are rather functional. And how do Elevators work? Let's take a look at this together.
How Do Elevators Work?
Elevators move with the help of suspension ropes. In this sense, elevators that rise thanks to the suspension ropes must serve to protect the floor safety device. By this way, they prevent possible threats to the safety of life and property in contrary cases. Here, in these protection processes, products called parachutes are used. From the moment the parachutes enter the circuit of elevators, they are clamped to the guide rails made of steel. After the elevator parachutes clamp the rails, the cabin speed decreases steadily. It stops after a while.
Parachutes are mostly attached to the lower parts of the cabin floors. These attached parachutes are activated in the system in the speed regulator, which is activated with the help of ropes. In cases where elevators open fast in this way, these ropes included in the system are operated. These ropes, which are operated, primarily stop the engines. However, emergency brakes are applied even to reduce the speed of the elevator as much as desired. Thanks to these emergency brakes, loss of life and property is prevented.
Several significant changes have been made to the control systems of modern elevators. Among these changes made, speed and safety are aimed to be improved. At the same time, these processes are used in most cases to correctly balance the cabinet.
Elevators are used hundreds of times a day. Especially in business centers where traffic is intense, times they are used are even more. It is quite important to service elevators used constantly at certain intervals. The state already measures the safety of elevators in the country thanks to the people it assigns at certain intervals and exhibits the reports for everyone to see.
